What GitHub Copilot does well

Where it falls short

Who should use it

What it feels like day to day

The advantage is location, since suggestions appear where I type and I never leave the editor to ask a question. On an existing repository it finds the right file faster than I do, and that is where the minutes go. What I watch is overreach, because it sometimes rewrites a block I did not ask about and the build breaks, so I read diffs instead of accepting wholesale. Credit metering shows up on the bill in heavy months.
